Terms & Conditions

Organizer:

Campaign Period:

This campaign will commence from 10th October 2024 at 12:00 am and will end on 20th November 2024 at 11:59 pm (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice. Any incomplete entries and/or entries received beyond the Campaign Period will be deemed invalid.

Eligibility:

This campaign is open to all who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and above on the date of entry (Participant) and have a valid national registration identity, except employees and immediate family members of Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

Participation Method:

Participants are required to key in Unique Codes from any Drypers and/or submit receipts of Baby Care  within the campaign period. 

For baby care upload receipt to be valid:

  • Purchase receipt date is from: 1st October 2024 – 20th November 2024
  • Upload receipt date is from: 10th October 2024 – 20th November 2024

Note: Receipts submitted outside of these dates will not be valid. Only receipts dated between 1st October 2024 and 20th November 2024 are accepted for submission, but members must be uploaded between 10th October 2024 and 20th November 2024.

Submission Process:

Participants can follow these steps to enter:

  • Step 1: Purchase any Drypers and/or Baby Care products   
  • Step 2: Register your Unique Code (UC) / upload a receipt.
    • Submissions of Baby Care receipts are subject to validation within 3-5 working days. Only approved submissions will qualify for rewards and entries after successful validation.

Rewards for Each Valid Submission:

For each submission, participants will receive:

  • 1 X Mystery Box (Sure Win – compulsory to open)
  • 1 X Weekly Prize Entry
  • 1 X Grand Prize Entry

Note: Members who upload receipts will only receive rewards after successful validation.

 

Prize Announcements:

The weekly prize winners will be announced on a weekly basis, while the grand prize winner will be announced after the campaign ends.

Prize and Winners Selection

  1. Grand Prize: 
    • 1 x Dyson Vacuum
  2. Weekly Prizes:
    • 5 X Drypers DryPantz (1 pack)
    • 5X RM 50 AEON eVoucher 
    • 5 X RM50 Petronas Gift Card 
    • 5 X Shopee RM50
  3. Mystery Box:
    • RM15 Vindamall eVoucher (The voucher code can be checked by members in the "Mystery Box" section)
    • RM 10 AEON eVoucher  (Members will receive the e-Gift AEON voucher in their iAEON App (For iAEON App User), OR an email from AEON (For Non-iAEON App User) based on their DBC email within 5 working days.)
    • Touch n' Go Reload PIN RM5 (The PIN code will be listed in the "Mystery Box" section. Winners must manually enter the PIN code into the Touch n' Go app to redeem)
    • 200 Club points (Reward points will be automatically credited and winners can check them in the "Mystery Box" section)
    • 150 Club points (Reward points will be automatically credited and winners can check them in the "Mystery Box" section)
    • 100 Club points (Reward points will be automatically credited and winners can check them in the "Mystery Box" section)
    • 50 Club Points (Reward points will be automatically credited and winners can check them in the "Mystery Box" section)
  4. The Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize will be determined by a random selection from participants who submit their Receipts or enter a Unique Code (UC) during the campaign period.
  5. Prize(s) are given out on an "as is" basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants, and the Organizer excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Upon the conclusion of the campaign, participants who have not opened their mystery box will receive a reminder in the form of a pop-up notification upon login for a period of one (1) week after the campaign period. Should the participant fail to open the mystery box within this period, Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to retrieve any unclaimed prizes without further notice or obligation.
  7. The selected winners will be contacted by Drypers Customer Service from Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. once the result is announced. The winners must share their personal details with the Organizer within three (3) working days of contacting the winners. 
  8. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation in any form.
  9. All transactions must be made and completed between 10th October 2024 at 12:00 am and will end on 20th November 2024 at 11:59 pm. Any transactions not within this timing will not be able to participate in this campaign.
  10. Should the User not reply to the Organizer after THREE (3) working days, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Winner. Any disqualified Participants / Winner will not have any further claim against the Organizer, its agents or anyone else involved in this campaign.
  11. in the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the campaign, the decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kind of medium will not be entertained.
  12. The Organizer will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, or late notices that were caused by factors outside of the Organizer’s control.
  13. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value without prior notice.
  14. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or other deals of any kind or for resale under any circumstances.
  15. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to award the rewards if any campaign and receipt photo uploaded is deemed as not clear, suspect to fraudulent cases, inappropriate or offensive in any way.
  16. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by the Organizer.
  17. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, exclude or add the campaign’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice, at any point of time and all Participants are bound to these changes.
  18. By participating in this campaign and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you are warrant, read, and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and Conditions and you consent to the
  19. Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy.
