Contest Period

This contest will commence from 1st February 2023 at 12.00am and will end on 29th February 2023 at 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. Any incomplete entries and/or entries received beyond the Contest Period will be deemed invalid.

Eligibility

Review, Share & Earn Points is open to all Drypers Baby Club Members who is a Malaysian resident aged 18 years and above, except employees and immediate family members of Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn.Bhd. (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

Participation Method

If haven’t register as a member, kindly register NOW @ https://bit.ly/467356i. The contest is open ONLY for Drypers Baby Club members.

Participants are required to follow the following steps to participate in this contest:

Step 1: Review any 1 OR all the topics below: –

• How to join Drypers Baby Club using your referral code

• How to register a Unique Code

• How to redeem gifts at Pointshop

Step 2: Share your review on social media platforms such as:

• Tik Tok

• Facebook

• Instagram

• Twitter

Prizes and Selection of Winners

  1. Each entry that meets the terms and conditions will be credited with 200 Reward Points
  2. The review must contain hashtag #DrypersBabyClubTerbaik #DrypersMalaysia and the profile must be set as “Public”
  3. 200 Reward Points will be credited for sharing on different social media platform (eg: if participants Review & Share on social media sites such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, then the reward points that will be credited is 800 Reward Points)
  4. If the review shared is same and repeated in the same social media platform, it will be counted as 1 entry (Ex: The same review shared 3 times on Facebook = total reward points: 200) If the shared review is different content in the same platform, then each review will be given 200 Reward Points)
  5. Reviews can be shared in written or video form and must belong to the participating individual.
  6. Reward Points will not be credited if the review belongs to another individual.
  7. Crediting of reward points will take 1 – 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your form.
  8. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation in any form.
  9. All transactions must be made and completed between 1st February 2023 at 12.00am and will end on 29th February 2023 at 11.59pm. Any transactions not within this timing will not be able to participate in this contest.
  10. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the contest, the decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kind of mediums will not be entertained.
  11. The Organizer will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, or late notices that were caused by factors outside of the Organizer’s control.
  12. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value without prior notice.
  13. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or other deals of any kind or for resale under any circumstances.
  14. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by the Organizer.
  15. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, exclude or add the contest’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice, at any point of time and all Participants are bound to these changes.
  16. By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you are warrant, read, and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and Conditions and you consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy.
