Match 3 Golden Numbers* & Win Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2

Contest Period

This contest will commence from 1^st May 2022 at 12.00am and will end on 31^st May 2022 at 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. Any incomplete entries and/or entries received beyond the Contest Period will be deemed invalid.

Eligibility

Match 3 Golden Numbers* & Win Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 is open to all Drypers Baby Club Members who is a Malaysian resident aged 18 years and above, except employees and immediate family members of Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn.Bhd. (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

Participation Method

Participants are required to follow the following steps to join this contest:

Step 2: Register any Unique Code from below participating products.

Prize and Winners Selection

1. Members must key in Unique Code that must consist of the 3 Golden Numbers “1, 5 and 9” in one Unique Code (eg: ZE1U5PNEA9).

2. The position of the 3 Golden number can be at any spot (eg: PA5KM18O9H,E9A5M1PO4F,1AGBL59TPM)

3. Winners will be receiving (1 unit) of Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 as a gift.

4. Winners selection is on first come first serve basis. The first 3 contestant who registered their unique code with the above Golden Numbers will be selected as winner.

5. Winners will be contacted within 2 weeks via email / SMS after the campaign period ended.

6. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation in any form.
   
7. All transactions must be made and completed between 1^st May 12:00am to 31^st May 2022 11:59pm. Any transactions not within this timing will not be able to participate for this contest.

8. The Organizer will not be responsible if the selected winners cannot be contacted for any reason. If the Organizer fails to contact the winner within 3 attempts of emails and calls, the Organizer reserve the rights to terminate/forfeit the entries. 

9. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to       the contest, the decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kind of mediums will not be entertained. 

10. The Organizer will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, or late notices that were caused by factors outside of the Organizer’s control. 

11. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value without prior notice. 

12. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or other deals of any kind or for resale under any circumstances. 

13. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by the Organizer. 

14. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, exclude or add the contest’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice, at any point of time and all Participants are bound to these changes. 

15. By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you are warrant, read, and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and Conditions and you consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy.
