Campaign Period

This campaign will run from 15th Aug 2025 at 12.00am till 31st Oct 2025 at 11.59pm (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. Any incomplete entries and/or entries received beyond the Contest Period will be deemed invalid.

Eligibility

Subject to these terms and conditions, this Drypers: Ultimate Softness, Big Rewards is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above, except employees and immediate family members of Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn.Bhd. (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/ PR agencies and suppliers.

Participation Method (Participating products, Submission and How to participate) 

  1. Participants are required to follow the following steps to join the campaign:

    Step 1:
     Purchase at least one (1) pack of any Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Refer Table 1) in a single receipt from any outlets/stores (“Offline”) OR online (“(“E-comm– Shopee, Lazada, or Vindamall”) platforms nationwide during the campaign period (15th Aug – 31st Oct 2025) to participate.

    Step 2:
     Participants must submit their original proof of purchase receipt with their personal details (Full name, contact number, NRIC number, and email address) to the official WhatsApp Number 018-402 2968 or Scan the QR (link to the WhatsApp Number). Participants who omit submitting the above will not be considered for the Prize.

    Step 3: Participants will be entitled to the following prizes:

    • RM5 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload PIN with purchase of 1 PACK of Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Tape/ Pants)
    • RM15 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload PIN with purchased of 1 CARTON of Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Tape/ Pants)

     

    Step 4: 300 Lucky Draw winners will be also entitled to the following Lucky Draw prizes (will be conducted online):

    1. Grand Prize: 1 carton diaper of Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Tape/ Pants) x 50 winners
    2. Second Prize: RM15 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload Pin x 100 winners
    3. Consolation Prize: RM5 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload Pin x 150 winners



Qualifying Requirement

  1. The receipt can come in the form of printed receipts from Point-of-Sale systems and/or e-receipts for online purchases (“Receipt”). The Receipt must bear the Products purchase, date of purchase, purchase amount, receipt number and name and/or logo of the outlet (“Receipt Details”).

  2. The Contest participation method is via WhatsApp only. All other methods of submission will be disqualified.
  3. Each Receipt is ONLY eligible to one (1) entry via WhatsApp. Subsequent entries received with the same unique Receipt will be disqualified and only the first entry submitted will be qualified. The Organizer shall reserve the right to disqualify any entries with a reprinted and/or duplicated Receipt and/or containing more than one (1) Receipt.
  4. Snap one (1) clear and legible picture/image of one (1) Receipt and submit via WhatsApp and complete with your Personal Details (“Campaign Entry”). Participants will receive acknowledgment message from The Organizer upon submission.
  5. The Organizer will extract all Entries received for further processing. All Entries received are subject to the Organizer’s verification. Unclear, illegible, and incomplete Entry will be disqualified.
  6. The Organizer shall reserve the right to request evidence of the original Receipt (hardcopy) for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the original Receipt upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
  7. Participants MUST keep the Receipt(s) for verification and prizes redemption. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes won.
  8. The Organizer in its absolute discretion reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or forfeit any Entries without the need to provide any prior notice to any party. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit their participation in the event that the Participant(s) do not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions.

PRIZE and Winners Selection 

 

  1. Instant Prizes
    1. The first 1,200 valid submission will be entitled to the following prizes throughout the Contest Period:
      • RM5 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload PIN with purchase of 1 PACKof Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Tape/ Pants)
      • RM15 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload PIN with purchase of 1 CARTONof Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Tape/ Pants)
    2. Each Campaign Entry contact number can ONLY redeem a maximum of 3 Instant Rebate throughout the Contest Period.
  2. Lucky Draw Selection
    1. There is a total of 300 winners who will be entitled to the following lucky draw prizes as per below:
      1. Grand Prize: 1 carton diaper of Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Tape/ Pants) x 50 winners
      2. Second Prize: RM15 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload Pin x 100 winners
      3. Consolation Prize: RM5 Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload Pin x 150 winners
    2. The Lucky Draw will be held at the end of the Campaign Period and the draw will be conducted online. Each Campaign Entry received by the Organiser will be shortlisted based on a randomised computer-aided system.
    3. The size and type of diaper (tape/pants) for the 1 carton of the Drypers Touch or Skinature by Drypers (Grand Prize) will be discussed with the winner prior to delivery.
    4. Each lucky draw winner is only eligible to win one prize from the Lucky Draw list of prizes. If any of the winners is someone who has previously won a Prize in this Campaign, another name will be selected.
  3. Any contest submission received before 12.00am, 15thAug 2025 or later than 11.59pm, 31st Oct 2025 will be void and disqualified.
  4. Only successful contest submission from WhatsApp will be accepted. Other methods of submission will be disregarded and disqualified.
  5. Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload PIN will be shared with the winner’s phone number. Prizes will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to be shared to the winners after validating the submission. The validity period for the Touch ‘n Go e Wallet Reload PIN is until 31stJan 2026 and the Reload PIN that is not used (key-in) after that period will be expired.
  6. All prizes are strictly non-transferable & non-exchangeable. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and must be accepted as offered. All Winners must abide by the terms & conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for the prizes. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit their Prizes in the event that the Winner(s) do not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions and Prizes Terms & Conditions.
  7. Images of the prize shown in any promotional materials, advertisements, or other materials relating to this promotion are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual prize.
  8. The Organizer will not be held responsible if the selected lucky winners cannot be contacted for any reason. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) working days, the prize will be forfeited or may be disposed of at the Organizer’s discretion, including the possibility of nominating a substitute winner within the allocated time.
  9. Processing of the prizes will be in 1 –2 weeks upon collection of the winner’s details. The Organizer will not entertain any request or extend the delivery period.
  10. The Organizer will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, delayed package, late notice or other matters that were caused by factors outside of the Organizer’s control.
  11. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest are the sole responsibility of the participants.
  12. Lucky Draw prizes will be delivered to the selected lucky winners within three (3) months from the date of the winners’ announcement. Any requests for delivery or redemption after this period will not be entertained by the Organizer.
  13. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with other items of similar value without prior notice.

 

Rights of the Organizer

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate and/or suspend the prizes, without the need to provide any prior notice. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are redeemed on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for credit, other items, or voucher in part or in full.
  2. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set herein without any prior notice. All matters in relation to this Contest is final and binding on all Participants of the Contest, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  3. By participating in the contest, participants hereby agree and give their full consent and rights to the Organizer to use the name, address, personal details, document and information without any payment of royalty for the purpose of administering, advertising and publicity pertaining to the Contest, either in print or electronic media or to contact the participants for market research purposes from time to time pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
  4. All decisions made by the Organizer shall be final. The Organizer will not entertain any request to appeal or review on the decision made by The Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any invalid entries, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend the contest, or change the contest and its prizes without prior notice.
  5. All participants hereby warrant that all statements and personal details given are true, correct, accurate, and complete and that the participants have read and understood all the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of this contest and agreed to be bound by it.
  6. By participating in the Contest, Participants are taken to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Contest Terms & Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add, or delete any of the Contest Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree to be bound by such changes.

 

Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”)

  1. By participating in this Contest, the participants provide their consent to allow the Organizer to collect, use, and disclose their personal data to any agent and/ or third party, all personal data of the Participants provided by the Participants pursuant to this Contest for any and all purposes relating to this Contest and any all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses on Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn.Bhd. including, without limitation for the running of this contest and or any event or publicity of the contest in any form or through any media additional compensation, notification, or permission.
  2. The acceptance of promotional merchandise by the winners are taken as permission being granted to the Organizer and its agencies to use the name and/ or the photo for publicity, advertising and/ or marketing purposes without prior notice and/ or compensations.
  3. The Organizer shall require its agent and/ or third-party service provider to handle Participants personal information using the same level of care that the Organizer applies. Organizer shall also require them to only use Participant’s personal information in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions.
  4. In providing the Participant’s contact number, email address, or other contact information, Participants agree that the Organizer and / or its agent and/ or its third-party service provider may contact them by telephone, mobile phone number, email, or other such method.
  5. The Organizer has taken the relevant cautionary and security measures to ensure the safekeeping of all participant’s personal data and requires all third party’s data processors to comply to the same measures. Please note, however, that the Organizer can present the participants’ personal data should it be required to do so by law, or by a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
  6. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdictions over all matters arising from this Contest.
