  1. Organizer
    This campaign is organized by Drypers (“Organizer”)

 

  1. Campaign Period
    The Drypers Roving Truck campaign will run according to the schedule and locations announced on Drypers official platforms. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the campaign period, locations, or timing without prior notice.

 

  1. Eligibility
    Open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years old and above. Participants below 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Employees of the Organizer, agencies, distributors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in contest activities unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Participation
    Participation is free unless otherwise stated. Participants are required to follow the instructions provided by the event crew during the activities. Each participant may participate only once per activity/session unless stated otherwise by the Organizer.

 

  1. Prizes & Redemption
    Prizes, free gifts, samples, and merchandise are available while stocks last. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Winners may be required to provide identification for verification purposes before prize collection.

 

  1. Photography & Recording
    By participating in the campaign, participants consent to the use of their photos, videos, or recordings for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes by the Organizer without additional compensation.

 

  1. Conduct & Safety
    Participants are expected to behave appropriately during the event. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual who is disruptive, unsafe, or violates event rules.

 

  1. Liability
    The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation in the campaign OR any cancellation, delay, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

 

  1. Personal Data
    Any personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for campaign administration and related marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

  1. General
    The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which shall be final and binding.
