Drypers Baby Club Welcome Gift Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period

This campaign will commence from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any incomplete entries and/or entries received beyond the campaign period will be deemed invalid.

 

Eligibility

The welcome gift is applicable to only valid new sign-ups of Drypers Baby Club member and who is a Malaysian resident aged 18 years and above, except employees and immediate family members of Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn.Bhd. (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

Prizes and Selection of Winners

1. Welcome gifts are rewarded based on the current stage signed up (eg: Pregnant, with One child or more than 1 child)

2. Welcome Gift for Pregnant Mom

· Welcome gift is valid to the FIRST 50 new members with complete details who signed up with the current stage as pregnant in Drypers Baby Club per week

· Welcome gifts are limited to one unit per household.

· Welcome gifts may vary from month to month or the same following campaign period and while stocks last.

· Welcome gifts will be delivered within next 10 working days. (eg: If member signed up on 2nd Feb 2026 and were selected as winner, the gift will be delivered within 10 working days after registration date)

· Selected winner will receive an SMS notification on the welcome gift delivery.

3. Welcome Gift for Mom with Kids

· Welcome gift is valid for the FIRST 125 new members every two weeks (bi-weekly) with complete details who sign up under the current stage as mom with one child or more than one child in Drypers Baby Club. 

· Welcome gifts are limited to one unit per household.

· Welcome gifts may vary from month to month or the same following campaign period and while stocks last.

· Welcome gifts will be delivered within next 14 working days. (eg: If member signed up on 2nd Feb 2026 and were selected as winner, the gift will be delivered within 14 working days after registration date)

· Selected winner will receive an SMS notification on the welcome gift delivery.

4. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation in any form.

5. The Organizer will not be responsible if the selected new members cannot be contacted for any reason. If the Organizer fails to contact the new members within 3 attempts of emails and calls, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate/forfeit the entries.

6. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the campaign, the decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kind of medium will not be entertained.

7. The Organizer will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, or late notices that were caused by factors outside of the Organizer’s control.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the welcome gifts with other gifts of equal value without prior notice. 

9. Welcome gifts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other deals of any kind or for resale under any circumstances.

10. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by the Organizer.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, exclude or add the campaign’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice, at any point of time and all Participants are bound to these changes.

12. By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you are warrant, read, and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and Conditions and you consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy.

This excludes employees and immediate family members of Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”), as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies, and suppliers.

c. Gifts may vary monthly or remain the same, while stocks last.
d. Gifts will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of the following month.

Example: If signed up on January 4th and selected, the gift will be processed in the first week of February.

3. Welcome Gift for Mom with Kids

a. Welcome gift is valid for the first 250 new members per month who sign up as a mom with one or more children.
b. Limited to one (1) gift per household.
c. Gifts may vary monthly or remain the same, while stocks last.
d. Gifts will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of the following month.

Example: If signed up on January 4th and selected, the gift will be processed in the first week of February.

4. Member Responsibility

New members must:

Update their correspondence address under the “My Quest” section

This is required to ensure successful gift delivery.

5. Liability

The Organizer will not be held responsible for any refunds or compensation in any form.

6. Contactability

If selected members cannot be contacted:

After 3 attempts (email and calls)

The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the entry

7. Disputes

All decisions made by the Organizer are:

Binding

Non-disputable

No complaints or disputes will be entertained.

8. Delivery Issues

The Organizer is not responsible for any:

Missing

Damaged

Late notices

caused by factors beyond its control.

9. Gift Substitution

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute gifts with items of equal value without prior notice.

10. Non-Transferability

Welcome gifts:

Cannot be transferred

Cannot be exchanged for cash

Cannot be resold

11. Acceptance of Terms
